A veggie tale...

I was a vegetarian for most of high school and all of college. I was not necessarily the healthy type of vegetarian. French Fries were involved.

I am an omnivore now but still love a veggie dinner. With most of the men out of the house this weekend, I made a yummy veggie dinner.

Veggie Kabobs, homemade chunky coleslaw and strawberries. The kabobs were pre-made from The Fresh Market and the slaw was pre-shredded. And yes, the strawberries were quite delicious.
